The company currently has relationships with, and has sold its mission critical software products either directly or through resellers to, the USA, (New York Metro and Washington Department of Transport), Ireland (Dublin Port Authority), The Netherlands (North-South Railway line), Korea (Seoul subway), Australia, Turkey, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Iran, Morocco, Azerbaijhan, Georgia and in April 2010, Vietnam. This list of countries and projects is constantly growing.

Southern IT is a major player in the UK software market for geotechnical monitoring software and also for the estate agency market. The company’s software has been used by the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, London Underground, BBC Broadcasting House, Railtrack, Heathrow Terminal 5, The M1 motorway, The Royal Scottish Academy, Kings Cross/St Pancras, and The Bullring, Birmingham, amongst many other high profile locations.
